Project Management

Our project managers take their jobs very seriously. Our goal is to always take and accept the responsibility of any clients project as if it were our own. Although not contractual, we become a partner with the responsibility of the project and its outcome. We believe that by accepting “ownership” of a project, the individual has more control over the day-to-day operations.  We assign the project manager to act as the primary liaison between the customer and Kinetic Solutions. 

Our philosophy of integrity, quality, and value is what our project managers use as a benchmark for their individual projects.  We offer quality workmanship at fair prices.  We report the situation as it is, no “sugar-coating”.  We use a customer approved reporting system, either supplied by the customer, or customized for the individual customer.

We strive for excellence in every aspect of every job.  We are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied.  From administrative duties to heavy construction jobs, Kinetic Solutions’ employees are professional, courteous, and respectful.

There is no job too large or small for Kinetic Solutions to manage.  We provide the type of service that keeps customers returning year after year.
